Only use plastic parts and nozzles. Apply thin coat of Biotecta® and let it dry for 30 minutes at room temperature. Repeat steps a second time. Wipe off any excess materials. While spraying and drying keep wet pieces away from one each another, they may stick together.

Application by vacuum and pressure

Only use plastic parts if possible.
Recommended method for pressure treatment:
  1. Fill container with material
  2. Make sure there is a gap between the treated materials, otherwise they will stick together
  3. Close container airtight
  4. Generate vacuum of 0.8 (10 minutes)
  5. Inject Biotecta® until container is full
  6. The material should be immersed for 3 minutes
  7. Drain all Biotecta® from the container
  8. Let the material drip dry for 3 minutes without vacuum
  9. Repeat steps 4-8, as needed for the application, depending the thickness of the material

  10. After final passage:

  11. Blow off extensive Biotecta® with high pressure air
  12. Remove treated material
